Welcome to Episode Two of “Answers For Real Men!” This is a real treat for me because my special guest today is a local sports legend, He was Arizona’s High School Football player of the year in 1986, Parade All American, Gatorade Player of the year and at the end of his high school career St. Mary’s High School here in Phoenix, Arizona retired his football jersey. He was rewarded for his high school athletic play by receiving a full athletic scholarship to the University of Arizona, where he was a four-year starter at running back and received all Pac Ten honors. He went on to play football a couple of years in the NFL with the San Diego Chargers and the Detroit Lions. His name is Reggie McGill. I call him Coach Reggie. But mostly I call him a friend. He currently is the Energy and Vision behind his company “Extreme Speed Training” which is a very successful Speed/ Strength and Conditioning company here in Arizona. With national and international aspirations. Please check out his company out at https://www.extremespeedtraining.com/
In today’s Episode Reggie shares his heart as a Man, a Father and a Dad. He goes deep about his personal journey to get himself and “Extreme Speed” to where he’s at today. Reggie is the first one to tell you it has not been easy. He understands his struggles have made him a Better Man. That struggle I believe makes Coach Reggie not only a great friend but an Extremely valuable Coach for young men. The fact that he so well grounded today makes him a better Dad and recently a Grandpa. I know you are in for a treat. Please sit back and enjoy how Coach Reggie McGill will touch your heart and hopefully bring value to your life.
Reggie McGill is truly a special Man that I’m proud to “Lock Arms” with on our manhood journey.
